E.L.E Music Festival
E.L.E. (Everybody Love Everybody) is Ottawa’s newest annual music festival; run by young people to provide local artists with the opportunity to showcase their talent, while simultaneously demonstrating the positive impact that music can have on the community by raising funds for the Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Support Programs of Ottawa.
Held at the University of Ottawa, the third annual E.L.E. Festival takes place during the last week of September, 2015. A large stage will be set up on Tabaret Lawn, a beautiful, historical and newly renovated site on the University of Ottawa campus. The outdoor venue has a capacity of over 1,000. The festival is run in conjunction with the University of Ottawa Community Life Services. We are grateful for their donations, their initiative to community involvement, and presenting us with the resources to host such a wonderful festival.
Over the past two years E.L.E Fest has established itself as one of the top platforms for local performers while also bringing in JUNO and MMVA winning artists to put on a unique performance for our attendees.
In respects to the 2015 edition, we are looking to expand and accommodate the growth of the festival. This year there will be an executive student board/committee organizing the festival. We are excited to begin this new chapter for E.L.E and have more students involved in the planning and execution of E.L.E Fest 2015.
